What is included in a typical install quote

• Delivery and crane or forklift placement
• Slab cut, excavation, and dirt haul-off (in-ground)
• Anchor drilling, epoxy, and torque
• Sealing against water intrusion (underground)
• Permit pulling and inspection coordination

What is not included

Watch for exclusions: electrical for interior lights, concrete patching beyond the anchor footprint, and any structural reinforcement of the surrounding slab. Get these in writing before signing.
